Not all dangerous goods are obvious, so it’s super important to be aware of what you need to declare when you’re shipping.
The fines and penalties for not declaring dangerous goods can be huge, up to $500,000 for an individual. Not knowing what is a dangerous good and what isn’t is no excuse and the ramifications to yourself and your business are simply not worth the risks.
