20 years ago, shipping labels as they are today were non-existent.
When we were flirting with the idea of launching Australia’s first online courier service – Smart Send – 14+ years ago, PDFs were only just becoming the norm for documents and internet transfers, and it was due to this piece of technology that Smart Send was incepted.
